You don't change out the lug studs on wheels every time you take them off do you? If they are a proper grade and have not been over torqued they will be just fine. Pretty sure that's more than enough for a hitch on a 5er. Some will say it's only good for aprox half that amount because of the difference in direction of the force on the bolts front to back.
In the picture above you could say those 10 bolts if 3/8" grade 5 is good for almost 100,000 lbs. When I got the trailer home I got the torque specs and checked all the bolts not a single one was torqued to spec. I bought a new trailer last year and had the dealer change out the king pin as part of the deal. It's some of the cheapest insurance you'll ever buy. There is no way I wouldn't use new bolts, nuts and washers.

When I changed my pinbox, I went with Grade 8 all new bolts, nuts, washers and lock washers. Sold 04 Dynasty to our son after 14 great years. It is not intended to influence anyone's judgment nor do I advocate anyone do what I propose. I guess I'm old school as I would put them back on as hard as they came off without using a torque wrench but I've turned a lot of wrenches over the years. I would reuse even the lock washers as long as they still have some spring/temper in them. This should take care of your need on bolt torque.
